East Portland Real Estate

East Portland was originally an independent city, and was annexed into Portland in 1891. In the present day it is a central part of the Portland metro area and home to 13 diverse neighborhoods who collectively form the East Portland Neighborhood Office. The real estate develepment is a mix of residential and commercial development, offering everything from riverfront estates to urban commuter condos and vintage single family homes.
Parks & Recreation
The East Portland neighborhood is home to many beautiful parks and greenspaces, including Woodland Park, Lents Park, Bloomington Park, Beggars Tick Wildlife Refuge, Raymond Park, Kelly Butte Park, and the enormous Powell Butte Nature Park. Powell Butte is an urban refuge that offers gorgeous views of the city and extensive day-hiking trails.
