Creston-Kenilworth Real Estate

Overview

Peaceful streets, charming homes and a full schedule of community activities are some of the things that make this area so popular with families and first-time homebuyers. An artistic atmosphere, the recent addition of a few trendy bars and comfy coffee shops, two beautiful day parks, a fantastic Community Music Center and close proximity to Reed College are just a few of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer.

The close-in Southeast Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood is a great place to live if you’re looking for a quiet community with convenient access to downtown, nearby recreational areas and the hip commercial districts of Southeast Division and Hawthorne streets without the large price-tags often associated with these amenities.
