Named after the private Lutheran college located within its borders, the charming inner Northeast Concordia neighborhood is home to a thriving arts scene, numerous destination dining spots and a large population of artists and academics.
The Alberta Arts District’s monthly Last Thursday art walk is Concordia’s main attraction and one of Portland’s most popular and vibrant cultural events.
