You pay $595 per transaction with no monthly fee and no annual cap to the Company.
You keep 50% of your commissions with no monthly fee and a $6,500 annual cap to the Company.
You keep 70% of your commissions with no monthly fee and a $7,500 annual cap to the Company.
You keep 100% of your commissions and pay only $500 per month.

In Addition to the Compensation Plans listed above, JMA agents responsible for recruiting new agents will receive a $100 Bonus on every successful closing generated by the referred agent for as long as both agents are licensed with JMA Properties LLC.
