In my opinion, one of the most important assets of a good real estate agent is patience and not to pressure any buyer into a purchase they are not ready for or sure about. There are a great number of homes to choose from so choose carefully. I believe that this helps alleviate the fear of such a big purchase or sell. 2. Perform a free home analysis to determine a competetive price for your home
3. Send you daily listings that fit your criteria
4 Negotiate closing cost, repairs, etc.
5 Provide a beautiful virtual tour that enhances your home
6 Returns calls promptly
7 Make sure your home is featured on all the major home buying and home selling websites
