The work ethic you deserve!

My name is Rick Bean. I recently started my real estate career after spending 8 years as a police officer for the City of Portland Bureau of Police. I had the opportunity to work varied assignments and worked in all 5 of the police precincts while assigned to uniformed patrol. I feel my experience as a police officer, working within our community, gives me a unique insight into Portland's neighborhood livability issues.

I currently specialize in exclusive buyer representation and relocation for JMA Properties, LLC in Oregon and Washington. I am nationally accredited as a buyer's representative (ABR) and a short sale and foreclosure resource (SFR).

I was born in Portland, OR and lived here until middle school when I moved to Pine Hollow, OR (near Wamic, Tygh Valley, etc.). I attended high school in Maupin, OR. I graduated cum laude from the University of Oregon in 2001 with a business degree from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business.

My true passion is officiating high school basketball. I am a member of the Portland Basketball Officials Association. I also enjoy volunteering as a Big Brother in the Big Brother Big Sister Organization and volunteering for the Special Olympics of Oregon. I appreciate the importance of giving back to our community!

I take pride in my work and promise to provide you with unmatched service. I offer 24/7 availability and the assurance that you and your needs will always be put first. I look forward to the opportunity to be of service to you! Please call or e-mail anytime.
